Good day, hope everyone is doing well or well enough.

I want to take a minute to layout our company strategy for 2010. ITC has fared better than most in the past twelve months, this is not to say that we have not been affected by the poor economy. Closing of refineries in the north east put some of our long time employee’s out of work. In short almost all of our clients have cut their head count and that has included ITC long and short term employees. With the market down we look to strength our business by setting ourselves out from the completion and pushing ourselves into new markets that historically see stronger profit margins. We started this trend, to help ITC stand out with our software tools (patents pending). Through these software and hardware tools we have begun to see larger opportunities to tie ITC together with technology/software solutions to make a hybrid. With the combination of great experience in or professional controls team and the company developed tools in , report viewing, RFID, Wi-Fi, access control, Time Keeping, productivity monitoring, etc…… We stand poised to enter a great future that shows to have better margins and better opportunism for the whole ITC family.

We will look to find opportunities to fund for the purpose of testing, marketing, patenting, and developing these tools/technologies. ITC as a company will look to fund projects internally until a suitable plan is available for outside funding. We are making great strides and could not be prouder of the work of all our employees and sister company employee’s.

A quarterly update will be posted on each of our systems and projects starting in January (we may not have all specifics if patent process is not initiated).
