Greetings,

I hope you are all enjoying the summer being safe with family and friends. There are many dangers associated with summer activities that we all need to remain careful. Please make sure you keep safety in mind while enjoying your favorite summer activities.

Now getting to the business of business, ITC and its family of companies are looking to have a great year. With every up swing or down swing, we seem to face a different set of hurdles. However, we have always worked hard to manage the image of our company through delivery of products that meet or exceed our clients’ expectations. We will always push for innovation and new opportunities that makes us better than our competition. We have to be the solution for our clients. This is what will make us the “go to” company in the end.

Many of our competitors have turned their business models into that of a staffing company by reducing employee benefits or not contributing at all. This not only drives up the cost of benefits for the employee, but is a counterproductive move that ends up hurting employees and clients alike. We are pushing every year to get better benefits, even though the cost goes up every year just to keep the level we currently have. This is something that I struggle with both as a business owner and an employee. Please know that I will continue to look for ways to get us the best benefits possible while keeping costs down. Feel free to let our leadership know if you have any questions, ideas, or concerns and we will answer them accordingly.
