qualified controls people experienced in shutdowns, turnarounds, and capitol projects.
We are a company of project controls specialists for the sole purpose of supporting

Troy Cassels
Troy Cassels serves as CEO and owner of Innovative Turnaround Controls. Overseeing all of ITC's interests and operations.
Troy Cassels started with ITC in 2004 at its inception. Working from a minor partner with duties in sales and project management to sole owner with the title of president.
Much of Troy's career revolved around the heavy industrial industry. Working from the "Bottom Up" as they say. Kris crossing the United States from one plant to the next accomplishing turnarounds and capital projects for clients in the refining business. |

Whitney Childress
Whitney Childress has over 25 years experience in the industry from piping and mechanical design to project conception and execution in the field. He has worked for companies from Anheuser-Busch to Louisville Gas and Electric. He has been working strictly In the Petrochem Industry for the past 7 years.
Whitey’s ethic is to attain and achieve the client’s corner on the market and to maintain that standard.
Whitney is a no nonsense individual who strives to execute and facilitate the needs of the client, as well as, ITC.
Whitney was acquired by ITC to assist in bringing ITC to the next level. His compassion and desire to do this will help turn new milestones for the company in the future |

Geri Chapman
Geri Chapman has been the Office Manager for ITC since January, 2005. She came to
us with over 25 years experience in the refinery industry. Twenty years of this
experience was as District Secretary and Operations Assistant for Western Stress,
World Stress, Cooperheat and Kelson Industrial Services (JVIC). Geri has extensive
experience in human resources, contract administration, benefit administration,
payroll and accounting functions. In 2009 she assumed the responsibilities of ITC
Controller. Geri completed over 180 hours at the University of Houston with her
concentration focusing on Industrial Health and Psychology. |

Lyndsay Pool
Lyndsay joined ITC in January 2009, and has several of experience in public accounting.
Her experience includes income tax preparation for individuals, corporations, and
partnerships, payroll tax reporting, preparation and supervision of compilations
and tax projections, and fieldwork for audit engagements in such industries such
as nonprofit, construction, oil & gas services, consulting and homebuilding.
Lyndsay is licensed to practice accounting in the state of Texas. She graduated
cum laude from the University of Houston with a bachelor's degree in Accounting
and Finance. |

Lionel is a recruiter at ITC who brings more than 6 years of recruiting experience. His recruiting experience ranges into all sectors of the industrial trades including project controls. Past work has given him the skills to place the finest professional in great jobs with leading industrial companies. |

Kippi Graves
Kippi joined ITC in September 2009. She brings with her 9 years experience in the Construction Management Industry and over 4 years of experience from a Professional Cost Estimating Firm. From onsite field operations, to in house accounting, and contract administration - Kippi has dealt with all aspects of running a job from beginning to end. She is excited and proud to be a part of the ITC Team and is looking forward to helping the company grow and prosper.

Joshy Varghese
Joshy has more than 13 years of IT experience in Business Operations, Application
Software Development, Program and Delivery Management. His diverse skills across
platforms comprise experience in managing multiple, concurrent software development
projects, deliveries, turnaround and crisis management.
His past employment history in the Software industry comprises 5 years of of software
development experience, 3 years consulting experience and 3 years of business management
experience. Joshy joined ITC in 2006 and executed numerous software projects for the company and its clients. Joshy has a Masters Degree in Business Operations
and Computer Applications from Symbiosis, Pune, India. |

Jake Soliz
Jake Soliz is the systems administrator for ITC. With seven years of experience,
he provides advanced computer hardware and network support for the operational and
research needs for ITC. Soliz joined ITC as a computer systems administrator in
February 2008. He has degrees in computer networking and systems management from
ITT Technical Institute. Before ITC, he was previously employed as a field network
engineer / consultant servicing multiple county courthouses and sheriff departments. |

Cayce Cassels
Cayce Cassels was born in Corpus Christi, Texas and graduated from Tuloso-Midway
High School in 1988. He served one tour in the United States Air Force from 1994-1998
as a jet engine mechanic. Upon honorable discharge, he spent the next 8 years as
a jet engine mechanic working for Lockheed Martin and Standard Aero. Cayce joined
ITC in late 2008 and divides his time between new software development and in house
scheduling. |

John Ludena
John Ludena is a graphic artist and web designer for ITC. With a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston at Clear Lake in Applied Design & Visual Arts, he provides graphics for web, software and print projects that come through ITC. John joined the team in late February 2010 and brings 5 years of digital media design experience with him. He is very familiar with the latest Adobe software, while being an expert in Dreamweaver, Photoshop, & Illustrator. |

Greg Vance
Security Advisor
Greg Vance received his degree from Oklahoma State University and has worked for several fortune 500 Companies, including eleven years for Armstrong World Industries, Inc. and five years for Morgan Stanley. In 2004, Mr. Vance started working for a technology company and played a vital role in several key patent developments along with a management position. Mr. Vance has held the position of CFO and COO at several companies, and started Orion Security Solutions in October of 2008. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Vance saw the need for security services on a level that was unavailable in the market place, and has surrounded the company with the best talent available.
Currently, Orion Security Solutions is working with a number of companies to design, install and maintain a high level of security. Orion Security Solutions also works closely with Orion Management , coordinating installations around the globe, and has worked with Innovative Turnaround Controls over the past four years. |

Charles (Chuck) Vasek
Safety Advisor
Chuck is a seasoned, experienced individual in Health, Safety, Environmental and Emergency Response with proven management/supervisory strengths in compliance of OSHA, EPA and petrochemical companies Safety Rules and Regulations. He retired from Shell Oil Company as a Health, Safety and Environmental Supervisor with over 35 years of experience. He specializes in HSE Compliance and has overseen many Turnarournds as an HSE Contractor Compliance Coordinator representing Innovative Turnaround Controls with results of well over 1,000,000 plus workhours without Lost Time or OSHA Recordable Injuries. |
